Rod Library Database Citation Suggestions

Several Rod Library databases, like Academic OneFile, provide suggestions for how to cite particular articles in MLA and other formats. These suggestions should be reviewed carefully before using.


Citation Tools

Free tools like Citation Machine and EasyBib (for MLA) can be very helpful in creating the in-text and works cited references. Check the suggested format carefully before using. Microsoft Word also includes a citation builder componenent under the References tab.

EndNote Web

The Rod Library subscription to Web of Knowledge comes with a an online citation service called EndNote Web. Students can create accounts for themselves in EndNote Web to store citations used for various projects and to arrange them in MLA documentation style.
