You can request materials that we do not have through the Rod Library interlibrary loan service. To request materials navigate to the Interlibrary Loan webpage. Use the "Request a Loan through ILLiad" link. After entering your UNI CatID login info, you will be connected to the ILLiad (interlibrary loan) system. The first time you use the service, you'll be prompted to enter personal contact information. Then enter the citation details for the item you would like to borrow.

For detailed instructions with screen shots, read the how-to document.

For physical items, turnaround time is approximately 7-10 days due to mailing time. If you requested an article, book chapter, or similar item,  your item will be available for download; turnaround time is approximately 2-3 days.

All interlibrary loan and Rod Library notifications are sent to UNI email. Interlibrary loan is not available for visitors, who should request items through their local public library.
