The top 25 journals in the subject category of "Hospitality, Leisure, Sport & Tourism" according to the 2010 JCR, Journal Citation Reports - ISI). These are ranked by "impact factor," a measure of their influence in the discipline.  Eigenfactor is another ranking method for scientific journals.

To access the journals, click on the title link. There are a few journals that UNI doesn't have access to.

Another way to locate articles on various topics in tourism is to browse through the current issues of journals and magazines.  The following is a selective list of journals important in the fields of tourism.

To access the journals from the list in the box above, go to Rod Library's Onesearch. There are a few journals that UNI doesn't have access to from the list above, but you can request articles via Interlibrary Loan.

 

To determine if Rod Library has access to a certain journal, you can click "Browse Search" from the library homepage.

Then click on Journals A-Z.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Then, type in the name of the journal you wish to search within.  In the example below, you can see we have both print (paper) access and online access.
