PC Users - 5 easy ways

1. Full-Screen Screenshot: Press the print screen button (PrtSc, PrtScn or PrtScrn) on your keyboard to copy the entire screen to your clipboard. Paste the image into a program such as Word or Paint or into an email.

2. One-Window Screenshot: Click the window you want to copy. Press Alt + PrtSc to copy the window to your clipboard.  Paste as desired.

3. Windows Snipping Tool: Go to the Start menu and find the Snipping Tool.  Choose a snip shape.  Use the cursor to place and adjust the snip border.  The snip will open in a new window to be marked, emailed, copied & pasted or saved.

4. Windows Screenshot: Within Windows, click on the Screenshot command under the Insert tab.  Choose from the available windows displayed or click "Screen Clipping" to select part of the active window using your cursor. Use the Crop command under the Format tab if desired.

5. Simple Copy & Paste: Use your cursor to highlight text or an image you want to copy.  Right click to choose Copy or press Ctrl + C.  Use Ctrl + V to paste into a program or email.
