Technology @ Rod Library

Technology support at Rod Library is provided via a resident IT Specialist and a help desk dedicated to providing technology support for the UNI community and public patrons of the library. 

The TechConnect Desk is located in Rod Library adjacent to the Library Services Desk

The TechConnect Desk can help with:

• Printing, Scanning & Copying
• Computers & Equipment
• Connecting to Wi-Fi (eduroam)
• Password synchronization
• Personal Device Support
• Booking a Library Space
• Service Hub requests
