The purpose of this guide is to facilitate reservations of library spaces and equipment for staff.

Reserve Internal Meeting Rooms

LIB 210 (Dean's Office Conference Room)
LIB 373 (Computer Lab)
LIB 378 (CETL Meeting Room)

Reserve Public Meeting Rooms

LIB 287 (Conference Room)
LIB 286 (Makerspace)
LIB 301 (ScholarSpace)
LIB 324 (Active Learning Classroom)

Reserve Event Flex Spaces & Tabling

Event Flex Spaces
Reserve non-room spaces in the library (e.g., Book Bistro or the area outside of the ScholarSpace).
Tabling
Reserve eastside and/or westside tabling space.
