Wellness CoachingSWS offers 1:1 Wellness Coaching Sessions that are confidential and FREE to all UNI students! Students can learn more and sign up to meet with a coach any time of the year. The top five most common wellness goals center around physical, social, intellectual, emotional, and occupational wellness. Whether it's sleep, roommates, or academics, Wellness Coaches are here as a listening ear to help you in your journey!
