About Grief

Grief is a natural emotion felt after someone experiences a loss of something or someone they love. Often, grief is felt after the death of a loved one, but can also be felt during other endings, such as the end of a relationship or with job loss. Other emotions, like sadness or loneliness, can accompany grief as well.
