Rod Library has some issues of historical Iowa newspapers from outside the local Waterloo-Cedar Falls area. These are all on microfilm. In some cases more than one newspaper title is on the same reel of film.
The notes below will indicate the title under which the box will be filed in UNI Microfilm. The date ranges below are the dates that Rod Library has, not the full range of publication dates for the paper. Unless otherwise stated, all are in the location UNI Microfilm.
Burlington. The Hawk Eye (1855-1866) -- During these years the paper was issued under the following titles: Daily Hawk-Eye & Telegraph (1855-1857); Daily Hawk-Eye (1857-1859); Burlington Daily Hawk-Eye (1860-1866).
Davenport.
